We have listened to our clients’ feedback and are pleased to announce that we will be adding an extra day to our schedule of User Group Conferences in October.
Since we announced the new format for our Furniture User Group Conferences this year, we have decided to add a third day of conferencing due to demand.
The POS User Group will focus on point of sale solutions, customer engagement and loyalty, and how our systems are best used front-of-house.
Who is the POS User Group for?
The POS User Group is designed for our retailers that use, or are looking to use, Cygnus EPOS. Registration for the conferences is available via an email invitation. What dates are the Swan User Groups 2022?
FRS Furniture – Tuesday 4th October 2022 – 10:30am-3pm
SRS Furniture – Wednesday 5th October 2022 – 10:30am-3pm
POS – Thursday 6th October 2022 – 10:30am-3pm
Where will they be held?
All three conferences will be held at AIS Cranmore Park, Solihull, B90 4LF.
What will be covered?
Our team will talk through intelligent new features, useful tips and tricks on existing features, powerful partner integrations and more. When you register, you will be able to submit any topic suggestions you have too. There will also be opportunities for group discussions with fellow retailers.
