We would like to share our plans for our upcoming User Group Conference specifically for our clients in the furniture retail sector.
We recently asked our clients how they would prefer to see our usual User Group Conference presented. Based on this feedback, we are going to shake things up this year and format our conferences a little differently.
Across the sectors we provide solutions for, we will be delivering a mix of webinars, focus groups, site visits and conferences to ensure our clients are:
- getting the most out of their systems
- aware of our exciting new developments
- giving us feedback to help form development roadmaps for the future
Making the events and discussions sector-specific will allow clients to learn from relevant, tailored content and share best practices with like-minded retailers.
We will be contacting our clients to share the events planned for their sector for the next few months. For our users who specialise in furniture retail, we will be holding in-person conferences later in the year.
When are the Swan Furniture User Group Conferences?
FRS – Tuesday 4th October 2022 – 10:30am-3pm
SRS – Wednesday 5th October 2022 – 10:30am-3pm
Who is invited?
Our Furniture User Group Conferences are specifically geared towards users of FRS (Furniture Retail System) and SRS (Swan Retail System). Registration for the conferences is permitted via an email invitation. If you are a user of FRS or SRS and have not yet received an invite to register, please contact [email protected] to request the link.
Where will they be held?
Both conferences will be held at AIS Cranmore Park, Solihull, B90 4LF.
What will be covered?
Our team will talk through clever new features, useful tips and tricks on existing features, effective partner integrations and more. When you register, you will be able to submit any topic suggestions you have too. There will also be opportunities for group discussions with fellow retailers. A schedule will be released closer to the time.
