Earlier this month, we hosted our first in-person User Groups since 2019.

 

Rethinking the User Group

This year, we decided to return to hosting the Swan User Group in a face-to-face format, having previously been forced to take the annual event online due to the pandemic. This gave us the opportunity to rethink the format and the content of the original User Group, and come back better than ever.

New for this year, the User Group sessions ran over three days, with each day tailored to a specific cohort of customers, based on which of our solutions they use and how they use them. There was a day dedicated to our Furniture Retail System (FRS) users, our furniture retailers that use Swan Retail System (SRS) and users of our Cygnus EPOS.

 

Why have User Groups?

The objective was to update users on new product features and give them the opportunity to feedback on the development we have planned, allowing them to add their suggestions to the roadmap. The User Groups also acted as a catalyst for collaboration, communication and knowledge-sharing between our users, as well as facilitating discussions between our team and our users about the direction of our solutions.

We’d like to thank everyone that attended and contributed to a successful three days of conferences.
