The Home Furnishings Association (HFA) is the largest non-profit organisation in the US dedicated to the home furnishings retail sector. With over 7,000 shopfronts and 1,200 members it’s a perfect fit for our furniture and appliance retail solution SwanFRS and a partnership that we expect to be an all -round success.
The HFA partners closely with experts in the home furnishing field to help accelerate their members’ businesses. As the largest association of its kind the HFA has immense scope to assist and support members by matching them with service providers such as SwanFRS, providing access to industry experts, courses, seminars and conferences – to name but a few services. It’s a go-to association nationally and a great asset to SwanFRS in the US.

2020 marks the 100-year anniversary of the HFA. As such an impressive birthday warrants there are plenty of celebrations and activities scheduled, providing ample opportunity for SwanFRS to meet new and prospective retailers. We could be persuaded to raise a glass or two, too…
We’re celebrating too as our affiliation with the HFA marks a period of growth within the US – with our presence in the marketplace and in our dedicated team. We’ve expanded to now have an office in San Diego and representatives on both sides of the country; national account manager Pete Morone on the West Coast and project manager/product consultant Penny Koon on the East Coast in North Carolina, Mark Jackson divides his time between our US and UK offices.
