Merseyside-based soft furnishings retailer Ena Shaw has has chosen Swan Retail to bring its retail systems up to date.
The AIS member made the decision to move forward based on Swan Retail’s ability to offer a fully hosted solution that will provide both Epos for the linens and curtains as well as supporting stocked and bespoke furniture.
Chris Marsden-Jones, business development director for Swan, said: “The ability to stock control and replenish mixed merchandise from the single application is becoming a more important feature as retailers want to maximise the customer purchase by adding incremental sales around the original order.
“The Swan application can successfully manage these differing stock types and assist in increasing the average margin per sale.”
The installation is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of this year, and is set to include accounts, warehousing and mobile.
