What is BalancePay?

BalancePay is a payments product that works within your retail system to automate manual tasks in the customer payment journey. It is designed to reduce errors, admin and friction when collecting order balances.

We are pleased to announce that BalancePay is now available with both SwanFRS (Furniture Retail System) and SRS (Swan Retail System).


How does BalancePay work?

Once your customer has made a purchase with an outstanding balance and payment is due, the following will happen:

  1. Create and share a link
    Easily generate a link from your back office. This is automatically shared via email to the customer requesting payment of all or part of the balance.
  2. Customer makes payment
    The customer opens the link on their preferred device and is guided through the secure payment process.
  3. Funds received
    The payment is recorded in your back office and the order is updated to reflect this. Funds are deposited into your bank account.
