We launched our first in-house SRS integrated ecommerce website in 2018. Since then, we have introduced a host of new features and integrated to our other retail systems, FRS and TRIMS. 

In 2018, Swan Retail acquired Standout UK, a successful digital agency with a specialism in retail ecommerce. The first job was to integrate WooCommerce to SRS (Swan Retail System) and develop an ecommerce platform for Swan customers. 

The justification was simple; we wanted to offer an ecommerce solution that used existing data from Swan systems, rather than requiring retailers to import their product data manually. We also wanted to offer premium features such as paying in-store quotes online and linking into our FUSE loyalty app platform. 

Since 2018, we have launched 27 integrated ecommerce websites for retailers of all sizes. We  have refined our processes and built a dedicated onboarding system which has enabled our development team to complete projects much faster. From October 2021 to March 2022, we launched at least one new integrated website every month. 

At the same time, we have been developing the websites we’ve launched to add new features and help our retailers to achieve excellent revenue growth. In 2021, Swan integrated websites achieved an average year-on-year growth of 109%*. 

This year, we are continuing to deliver performance improvements and exciting new features. For SRS customers, we are currently integrating Cygnus EPOS promotions and customer promotions into our websites, so that your online promotions can be driven by the same system as your in-store promotions. For FRS customers, we are continuing to refine the product creation tool so that it integrates deeply with web functionality.
