It has a number of improvements to enhance the sales process and customer experience.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new release was recently teased at our <a href=\"\/the-return-of-swan-user-groups\/\">User Group conference<\/a> last month and is now available for our FRS users to upgrade to. Version 1205 contains new features, enhanced functionality and fixes to give our furniture retailers the edge.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.swanretail.co.uk\/\/furniture-retail-system\/\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-77648 size-medium\" src=\"https:\/\/www.swanretail.co.uk\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Swan-FRS-EKM-1000x1000-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.swanretail.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Swan-FRS-EKM-1000x1000-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.swanretail.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Swan-FRS-EKM-1000x1000-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.swanretail.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Swan-FRS-EKM-1000x1000-768x768.png 768w, https:\/\/www.swanretail.co.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/03\/Swan-FRS-EKM-1000x1000.png 1000w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Highlights of SwanFRS version 1205<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Splitting of accessory quantities on transfer \/ return \/ write on &amp; off notes <\/strong>&#8211; When transferring accessory stock between location, returning stock to the supplier or processing a write-off note (where the stock holding quantity is greater than 1), it is now possible to adjust the transfer \/ return \/ write-off quantity after the stock item has been added to the note.<\/li>\n<li><strong><strong>Feefo feedback requests<\/strong><\/strong> &#8211; SwanFRS can now send feedback rating requests to Feefo. This new flat file export is designed to send completed sales orders or service calls to Feefo.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Digital order customer<\/strong> <strong>signatures<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0A new application parameter\u00a0has been added to control the digital capture of a customer signature when accepting sales orders. This can be switched on using the parameter for FRS sales orders in back office, tablet mode or both.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Expansion of notes and stock images<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Where set, line images will now display on additional SwanFRS screens displaying inventory images in the first instance and product image if there are no specific inventory images.\u00a0The Notes badge has been added on the detail screen next to the ID for Containers, Goods Receipt Notes, Internal Orders, RTS\/RTV notes, Transfer Notes, Write-On and Write-Off Notes.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Payment date controls <\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0New privileges have been created to add control to the backdating of actions in the SwanFRS sales system.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>SwanFRS 1205 Release Notes<\/h2>\n<p>For a full list of the benefits our users can gain from 1205, see the <a href=\"https:\/\/swanretail.atlassian.net\/servicedesk\/customer\/portal\/6\/topic\/dad3b889-708d-4bb3-b5da-bdc9a45f67b6\/article\/2065301698\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">release notes<\/a> on the support portal.
