As a standard feature within the Swan application, we offer the ability to print ticket and display posters. We have around 30 different templates for a range of label styles including loop locked and dumbbell plant labels, in-stock and sold sticky tickets and A3 promotional posters.
These tickets have been specifically designed for all our different styles of retailers and can be used both in-store and in hostile environments (e.g. outdoors), to support in-house promotions, provide product information or simply to display the price of stock items.
We also offer a bespoke ticket design service, importing any of the product database fields maintained in Swan, such as RRP, was vs. new price to highlight promotions, technical descriptions and images to add graphical content.

- Automatic printing of stock tickets at time of purchase order or “x” days prior to the goods being received to make the journey from goods in to shop floor as quick and easy as possible
- Different label types for ease of recognition, such as sold or promotional items
- Labelling for products that comprise multiple boxes – 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3, etc – to help warehouse and shop floor staff keep track of multiple packages
- Price change tickets can be printed ad hoc or ahead of any planned changes and distributed to multiple printers
- Menu tickets can contain multiple images of products, logos, borders, etc
- Display of different prices extracted from the standard database so no additional maintenance required e.g. RRP, Was and Now
