Swan Retail have made their second major acquisition within three years and have purchased a division of a retail software company which was formerly known as Torex Retail, strengthening our position in our core market sectors of Furniture Retailing and Department Stores.
Swan has acquired the intellectual property rights to the FRS, MIDAS and Manna applications, as well as all staff and assets. We are retaining the many years’ worth of valuable knowledge and expertise of the current team and this will be complemented by Swan’s existing implementation resources and support infrastructure.
This acquisition positions Swan as one of the largest solution providers in two of our key targeted retail sectors, adding over 100 retailers and 250 branches to our existing user base. The combined organisation with its customer centric focus will provide a great extension to our service offerings to our clients.
