The HTA National Garden Gift Card scheme will transition to a new supplier as of 1st January 2022.
If your garden centre is part of the scheme, you will be aware that it is moving to a new operational platform, epay.
The move to the payment processor epay will better facilitate the selling and redemption of gift cards. It will also allow for the expansion of gift cards into areas such as digital gifting.
Here at Swan Retail, both of our EPoS systems (Cygnus & SwanPOS) integrate with epay. This means our clients are able to activate, redeem and balance-check epay gift cards and epay eVouchers.
