If your garden centre is part of the HTA National Garden Gift Card scheme, you will be aware that they are partnering with a new provider, epay.
The move to the payment processor epay will better facilitate the selling and redemption of gift cards. It will also allow for the expansion of gift cards into areas such as digital gifting.
The launch date of the new gift card scheme is currently predicted to be early next year. The exact date in 2021 will be confirmed by the HTA.
We are currently in the process of integrating with epay to facilitate the activation and redemption of HTA gift cards via our EPoS (both Cygnus and SwanPOS). This will be complete in time for the HTA launch.
