Hull & East Yorkshire NHS Trust have upgraded their aged EPoS systems in their 8 self-service restaurants and cafes across two sites.
This upgrade was carried out over a short time period and introduces a more modern look and feel to the restaurants as well as providing better functionality for promotions. The hospitals also gained immediate benefit from the improved speed of operation and better customer service.
Andrew Wilson, business manager of catering services, said: “The step up to Aures Yuno EPoS terminals has already been noticed by the customers and staff, helping to speed up the sales transactions aided by the introduction of integrated payments”.
