Swan Retail have teamed up to integrate their EPoS and retail management software with eCommerce websites from Garden Connect.

“Swan is a very flexible system and our partnership with Garden Connect helps garden centres to launch their online stores and expand their businesses with greater ease” explains Chris Marsden-Jones, Swan’s Business Development Director.

The first garden centres to take advantage of the partnership have already started the integration process which will synchronise their product information, stock levels and pricing across all retail channels. Orders placed online are sent back to the Swan retail system which processes the information in the accounts, customer orders and stock level areas of the solution. The integration between systems saves time spent on administration of in-store and online sales as well as preventing errors when processing.

Our next step is to integrate the loyalty and customer account functionality found in Swan with Garden Connect’s platform. Customers should be able to check their receipts online, amend contact details and take full advantage of their loyalty card programme across all channels.
