We are very proud to report that our Customer Support Manager, Michelle Mengham, received recognition at this year’s PETA Apprenticeship & Employer of the Year Awards.
We would like to congratulate Michelle on being shortlisted for not one, but two accolades at the awards ceremony hosted by PETA Training and Consultancy. They were the Management Apprentice of the Year and the Mentor of the Year awards.
Together with our Senior Project Consultant, Chris Draper, Michelle recently completed her CMI Level 5 Diploma in Operational Management and Leadership. After months of study and hard work out of hours, both Chris and Michelle passed with a distinction; a fantastic achievement.
We are delighted to announce that Michelle received a Highly Commended award in the Management Apprentice of the Year category. Well done, Michelle!
Swan also received recognition being shortlisted as a finalist for the Best Apprenticeship Employer Award. We believe in investing in our people and that training and personal development is one of the best ways to do this. We will continue to work with PETA to grow our team’s skill set and maximise their potential.
