All Swan solutions offer a link to your eCommerce website allowing you to manage your web sales and your EPoS through one system, creating a true multi-channel solution.

We understand the importance of integration between your instore systems and your website. Over the years we have worked with a number of 3rd party eCommerce platforms to provide a standard interface for customers, however, we realised that in order for customers to gain the full benefits of multi-channel retailing, we needed to work closely with an eCommerce partner.

As such we have formed a strategic partnership with Iconography to provide a much more in-depth integration between their Zone 1 eCommerce platform and our retail management system. The integration has been robustly tested and provides features which go beyond the standard multi-channel integrations such as “quote in-store, buy online” and selling item kits.

  • Quick and Easy Product Creation - Create a product once in the back office for use on store based EPoS and your website (the system can also feed Amazon and eBay)
  • Clear Stock Availability and Replenishment - A single real-time view of stock levels across both In-Store and Online activities, with the ability to allocate stock in accordance with trading strategies across channels and set stock alerts to remove risk of selling items which you don’t have
