Swan Customers Sweep the Board at the AIS Furniture Show.
We’d like to say congratulations to three of our customers for all winning member of the year awards at the Associated Independent Stores annual awards following the August Furniture and Furnishing Accessories show: Ward Bros, who won the award in the smaller turnover category. Fishpools who won in the single store category Glasswells who won in the multiple store category. Single and Multi-Use Vouchers
The Swan back office now has the ability to create and manage vouchers for use with the till and website (if integrated). The vouchers can be tied into promotions to allow them to be printed and redeemed on the till and to offer flexible discounts. For use on the till we allow the vouchers to be added into a promotion as a reward so that when the promotion is triggered, a voucher will print instead of the promotion offering a discount. Hull & East Yorkshire NHS Trust have upgraded their aged EPoS systems in their 8 self-service restaurants and cafes across two sites. This upgrade was carried out over a short time period and introduces a more modern look and feel to the restaurants as well as providing better functionality for promotions. Swan are proud to be supporting the HTA Garden Retail Monitor (GRM) which lets garden centres compare their sales performance with regional and national averages.  When trade is down it helps you see if there are any issues, or whether most garden centres are all in the same boat.  You can also see strengths and weaknesses in your business, and use the data in business plans or in discussions with banks.
