Position: New Business Sales Person

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire

Swan is about to launch an innovative suite of Apps and a new generation of EPoS to complement our in-house developed ERP solution and this has created an additional position for a new business sales person based out of our head office to join the established sales and marketing team.

 

The ideal candidate should be confident, self-motivated, have excellent communication and organisational skills and a full driving licence. They should be experienced in new business sales, working within a team and be goal orientated.  

 

Salary and benefits commensurate with experience.

Position: Web Developer

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire

We are searching for a Web Developer that wants to share their passion for creating efficient and user friendly services and software systems using a variety of technologies and programming languages.


As the Web Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing and testing high performance code, providing solutions to business problems, understand existing and legacy code, keeping up to date and aware of new software tools and frameworks, work within a team and report progress effectively. 

As the Web Developer you will need solid knowledge of C# .NET, SQL, Web API, MSSQL, TFS and knowledge of Agile. 

This Web Developer role will suit someone who is looking for a fresh and exciting challenge within a very successful and growing team, but must be self-motivated and loves solving complex problems.

Position: Digital Marketer

Location: Waterlooville, Hampshire

You’ll be strong in project management and be adept at juggling a large number of tasks at once. Your communications skills will be excellent, both in a client facing capacity and in written English. You’ll have a firm technical understanding of the Internet, its various technologies and especially HTML. Experience of search engine optimisation would be a definite plus.

This position also includes the following core responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of organic optimisation projects from strategy through implementation with no handholding.
  • Coordinate all campaign activities relating to SEO with our technical team including SEO, Off-Page Optimisers, content writers, and Web Developers
  • Analyse customer Web sites and provide well-defined strategies for search engine improvement.
  • Leverage skills in search engine writing to improve effectiveness of site content.
  • Monitor search engine results, analyse key Web site metrics, and provide recommendations and strategies for continued improvement.
  • Provide guidance and thought leadership to a growing team of passionate search engine marketers.
  • Monitor algorithmic changes in the search engines to determine when and how to adapt our proven delivery methodology.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships through face-to-face meetings, frequent conference calls, and presentations.
  • Exceed client expectations and performance goals on a daily basis.
  • Additional Required Experience:
  • Must have proven experience delivering results through ethical search engine optimisation techniques
  • Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to effectively multitask in a deadline driven environment
  • Strong understanding of search engine friendly Web site design and ability to make critical design and technical recommendations to Web developers
  • Google Analytics qualified / familiarity with Google analytical packages
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
